Indexation Profiles

Users can create profiles to specify which objects the batch should be run on. Profiles allow you to reuse a set of filters across multiple batch jobs. Profiles can be created based on a set of filters, or by entering specific object IDs.

Note that you can only create profiles for objects that you have access to, based on user profiles configured in Financial Organization Structure.

The Indexation Profiles page displays all of the profiles that you have created.

To create a profile:

  1. Click Main Menu > Batch Management > Mass Indexation > Profiles.
  1. Click to open the create pop-up.
  2. Enter a Name for the profile.
  3. Select a System.
  4. Apply the required filters. For each filter, you can select either "All" or "List". If "All" is selected, all objects within that filter will be selected for the profile. If "List" is selected, users are required to select objects from the associated list. "All" is selected by default.
  5. Click Submit.

To manage profiles:

  1. Click to edit a profile.
  2. Click to filter the profiles.
  3. Click to refresh the profiles.
  4. Click to delete a profile.
