Using the Dashboard Options

There are several options available to view and customize dashboards. These options are accessible from the top of the dashboard page, as shown below:

Note: Depending on whether you are viewing a default or a custom dashboard, some options may not be available.

Dashboard Option	Description	Scope
Share Page	Click to share a custom dashboard with other users.	Custom dashboards
Settings > Duplicate Page	Click this option to copy a custom dashboard.	Custom dashboards
Settings > Page Settings	Click this option to view and edit dashboard information. Note: The dashboard data cannot be changed.	Custom dashboards
Settings > Manage Charts	Click this option to manage the displayed charts on the dashboard.	Custom dashboards
Settings > Delete Page	Click this option to delete the dashboard.	Custom dashboards
Settings > Edit Dashboard > Edit Layout	Click this option to edit the layout of the dashboard. With this option, users can reposition or remove charts from their custom dashboards.	Custom dashboards
Settings > Publish Page	Click this option to make the dashboard visible to all users with the Dashboard User role. Published dashboards cannot be edited. Note: Only users with the System Administrator role are permitted to publish dashboards.	Custom dashboards
Settings > Unpublish Page	Click this option to make the dashboard private after it has been published. Note: Only users with the System Administrator role are permitted to unpublish dashboards.	Custom dashboards
Settings > Export	Click this option to export a selected set of charts from the dashboard to PDF or PPT format.	Custom dashboards
Add Chart > New Chart	Click to add a custom chart to a dashboard.	Custom dashboards
Add Chart > Existing Chart	Click to add an existing chart to a dashboard.	Custom dashboards
List View	Click to view the dashboard data as a table listing. Note: This option can be enabled or disabled when creating or editing the dashboard.	All dashboards
Dashboard View	Click to view the dashboard data as charts.	All dashboards
Toggle Filter Panel	Click to toggle the filter panel.	All dashboards
