Periodic Posting Status Reports

The Periodic Posting Status Report displays the list of transactions (payments, accruals, and depreciation) and their posting status for lessee contracts. You can specify whether to view transactions in all statuses or only those with a specific posting status.

Note: Periodic Posting Status Reports are only generated in contract currency. Additionally, note that the reports always filter based on the current unit cost center (and not for any historical cost centers that may have been previously used).

If the contract is set up to use provisioning, Periodic Posting Status Reports cannot be generated for the Provision classification.

Periodic Posting Status Reports can be generated once, or set to generate at a scheduled date and/or time.
