Percentage Rent Profiles

Lease administrators can create percentage rent profiles to specify which contracts the report should be run on. Profiles can be created based on a set of filters, or by selecting specific contracts. You can use a single percentage rent profile for multiple reports.

If Filter by Contract is disabled, you can filter by Groups, Master Agreements and Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Contracts, or other miscellaneous filtering options. Note that when Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite is configured as a standard real estate solution, the Master Agreement and Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Contract filters are unavailable.

Users can view their profiles on the Percentage Rent Profiles page.

To create a profile:

Click Main Menu > Mass Operations > Mass Percentage Rent Management > Profiles.
Click .
Enter a Name for the profile.
Click Filter by Contract to select one or more contracts for the profile instead of using filters. This option can be changed later in the profile, if needed.
Optionally, add a Description or any additional notes.
Click Save.
The Profile page loads with General Information, Filters, and Active Contracts Preview sections. The Active Contracts table lists all the contracts that will be included in the profile. You can now filter your contracts, or if Filter by Contract is enabled, select specific contracts.
To refresh the list of active contracts to match the newly selected filters, click Preview.
Click Save.
