Exporting a Contract Summary

Users can export a PDF summary of their contracts from the contract detail page. The contract summary captures the most relevant information regarding your contract in a downloadable PDF file. Contract summaries can be generated at any time.

The contract summary includes the following information:

General Information
Location Vendors
Vendors
Rent Table
Percentage Rent
Critical Clauses
Clauses
Conditions
Incentives
Insurance
Separate Agreements
User Defined Fields

To export a contract summary:

Click Main Menu > Contracts and open the required contract.
Click Export. The application generates the preview.
From the preview you can download the PDF file or print it.
