About Reports

Reports allow you to view a summary of information pertaining to locations and related objects. To access the reports, click Main Menu > Reports.

Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite has the following reports by default:

Critical Dates Report: This report summarizes critical dates grouped by critical clause type.
Landlord Listing Report: This report lists partners per location.
Lease Expiration Report: This report tracks contracts that are nearing their expiration date.

Users cannot add, modify or delete report fields. Report fields can be filtered.

To create a custom report, users can copy the default reports by clicking > Page Options >Copy Page. Copies are listed under Dashboards > Custom and can be edited to suit the users' needs. Report copies function the same as Pivot Table Dashboards.
