Adding a Proposal

You can use the steps detailed on to page to add a proposal.

To add a proposal:

1. In the application menu, click Proposals.
2. In the summary page menu at the top of the page, click Create .
3. In the Add Proposal window, enter the information relevant to your proposal. Note the following:
   • In the Reference Store Number field in the Site Location section, you can select the premises that is related to the proposal.
   • In the Site Location section, click to select your location on a map. The Longitude and Latitude fields auto-update based on the selected geographic position. Similarly, entering in Longitude and Latitude coordinates will auto-update the placement of your location on the map.
4. Optionally, add any notes in the Comments section by clicking . You can also categorize the comment by selecting an optional Comment Type from the dropdown.
5. Click Save.
