Adding a Site

When creating a new site, you have two options: you can either create a draft site from scratch or create a site based on an existing premises (if integrated with Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite).

Note that if you create a site based on a premises, the details pulled from Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite cannot be modified in the Nakisa Capital Projects Suite and must be updated in directly in Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite.

To add a site:

In the application menu, click Site.
In the summary page menu at the top of the page, click .
In the Create Site pop-up, under the Site Selection field, choose your preferred option:
- If the field is set to "Create Draft Site" (the default), you are manually creating a new site. Fill in the required general information on the form.
- If you select "Existing Premises", you are creating a site based on an existing premises from NLM. In the next screen, select the required premises and click Save.
The site is automatically created in Draft status.
