Financial Analysis

The Financial Analysis tab allows you to analyze the site's financials, including defining overall sales revenue projections and future investment amounts for current and future years. These entered amounts are then used to calculate financial metrics such as opening/closing balances, net cash flow, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The KPIs (Net Present Value, Return on Investment, and Break-Even Point (Year)) reflect the financial performance over the entire duration of the site's projected life. These KPIs are automatically calculated based on the data you enter for all years and are updated dynamically as new values are added.

To add site scores:

Click Site in the application menu and open the required site.
Click on the Financial Analysis tab.
Enter the revenue and investment amounts for the current year. Note that Sales Growth cannot be set for the current year, but can be entered for future years.
To add amounts for future years, click the icon at the top of the table and enter the required amounts.
In the KPI section, enter the Discount Rate. This value will directly affect the calculation of Net Present Value.
Click Save.
