Data Quality Console

The Data Quality Console helps administrators identify data issues that impact the org chart. These issues usually come from your ERP system and must be corrected there before the changes appear in the application. When loading the org chart, administrators may see a message like “some data may be incomplete or have issues." This indicates there are problems in the data, such as orphaned positions or circular references.

To investigate these data issues, use the Data Quality Console to run a report. There are two types of reports available:

Basic report: A quick check that highlights the most common errors.
Full report: A comprehensive scan of all potential data issues.

To use the data quality console:

Click Admin > Data Quality Console.
Choose either Run Basic Report or Run Full Report.
Review the results and correct any issues in your ERP system as needed.
