Advanced Export

Nakisa Org Chart offers the ability to export your Org Chart as an image or JSON file. The Advanced Export page allows you to customize and rearrange your Org Chart before exporting it. The Org Chart you export is dependent on the effective date you have selected. The export also shows any modifications made in Nakisa Org Design Suite.

Note: The Advanced Export only allows you to view the visible root nodes. To view any nested nodes, ensure that you expand the root nodes before beginning the export.

To export the Org Chart:

Click Export > Export > Advanced Export in the page header. The Advanced Export page opens.
Customize your Org Chart to suit your needs:
- Right click on one or more nodes to highlight them with the color of your choosing.
- Click and hold on a node to move it around your Org Chart. To move multiple nodes, click in the header, right click, and select the area containing the multiple nodes you would like to move.
- Click and move the Org Chart within the window to only export the highlighted area.
- Click to export the entire Org Chart.
- Select the image format for the export by clicking PNG or JPEG in the header.
- Click Load to import an existing JSON file of your Org Chart.
Click Export to generate an image of your Org Chart or click Download to download the Org Chart as a JSON file.
