Premises

The Premises page lists all available premises in the application. On this page you can create a new premises, or link to one already created in Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite. Clicking on a premises in the listing opens the premises where you can view all the assets, parts, inspections, requests, work orders, schedules, vendors, and budget associated to it.

To create a premises:

1. Click Main Menu > Admin > Premises, or click My Premises in the main menu.
2. Click Create. You can create a new premises or link to an existing one in Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite.
3. To create a new premises:
   1. Select Create from blank.
   2. Enter the following information:
      • Premises Name
      • Manager
      • Address
   3. Click Create.
4. To link to an existing premises:
   1. Select Link to existing NLM premises.
   2. Search for a Premises in the drop down and select the required one.
   3. Click Create.
