Assets

Nakisa Facilities Management Suite allows you to record and track your assets. Assets can then be linked to work orders and work order schedules.

To create an asset:

1. Click Main Menu > My Assets.
2. Click Create.
3. You can create a new asset, or you can link an existing asset from Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite.
4. To create a new asset:
   1. Select Create from blank.
   2. Enter a Name for the asset.
   3. Select an Asset Category.
   4. Enter the Acquisition Date.
   5. Click Create.
5. To link to an existing asset:
   1. Select Link to existing NLA asset.
   2. Select the System.
   3. Select the Company.
   4. Select the desired Asset.
   5. Click Create.

Once an asset is created, you must fill in the required details before you can set the status. Assets can then be linked to work orders and inspections.
