User's Profiles

On the User's Profiles page, you can assign a Profile to specific users, which restricts them in the following ways:

In Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite, users will only be able to create and view objects in the Lease Area, Business Unit, and Companies defined in their Profile, including reports and batches.
In the Nakisa SAP Posting Bot, users will only be able to create and view objects in the Lease Area, Business Unit, and Companies defined in their Profile, including reports.
In the Nakisa Financial Organization Structure, users will not be able to view or configure the Lease Area, Business Unit, and Companies that are not part of their Profile.

Note: Profiles are only applied if the user's role does not have the "data-full-access" permission configured. Contact Nakisa Support to verify your role permission configuration.

To assign Profiles to users:

Click Main Menu > Security > Users.
Click to add a user. Select a Username and the required Profile Name, and click Save.
