ERP Systems

The ERP Systems landing page lists the available ERP systems that the Nakisa SAP Posting Bot can post documents to. ERP systems are also used in the creation of posting profiles.

To access this page, go to Main Menu > SAP Posting Bot > ERP Systems. From this page, users can test the connections of the available systems by clicking .

Note: Systems must be configured in the Financial Organization Structure.

If T-codes are enabled for Duplicate and Consistency Checks, click to test the SAP connection string with T-codes. You can also schedule these checks to run daily at midnight (UTC) by clicking in the Schedule Nightly Duplicate/Consistency Check. You can review the all of these scheduled checks on the Scheduled Jobs page, where you can enable, disable, or delete the job, or view information on the most recent runs or next scheduled run.
