Form Management
Form Management is a tool that allows users to customize Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite to their needs, allowing for greater flexibility when capturing information. While system-defined tabs and fields remain fixed, user-defined content can be created, organized, and managed directly within Form Management.
Note that to use this tool, the new "Form Management" setting on the General Settings in Financial Organization Structure must be enabled.
Form Management supports five target entity types:
- Master Agreement
- Contract
- Lease Component
- Activation Group
- Unit
Each entity contains tabs. Tabs contain sections, and sections contain fields. Tabs, sections, and fields may be either system-defined (available by default) or user-defined. Users can record specific information that are not captured in out of the box fields by:
- Creating new custom tabs, sections, and fields.
- Add custom sections and fields to existing standard tabs.
- Controlling the usage and visibility criteria of new fields.
Note that new fields are immediately available in all entities, regardless of whether the entity is active or not. A new tab or section will only appear once a field has been added. (Until then, the tab or section is considered to be archived).
To create or manage tabs:

> Admin > Form Management.
- Select the target entity type (Master Agreement, Contract, Lease Component, Activation Group, or Unit) in the left-panel.
