Audit Logs
The Audit Logs record changes in application data (including previous and new values), the user who made the change, and when it was done. To view the audit logs, you can export them into an Excel file. Note that you can only export one month of audit logs at a time.
The log primarily records data changes, and does not record actions or button clicks. Therefore, the log records data changes as a result of Excel imports and Batch Management, however the mass job that triggered these changes is not logged. To view a list of jobs that have been run, navigate to the specific batch job or mass import page. Note that the details of the jobs can only be viewed by the user who created them.
The Request ID column of the log contains a unique ID that identifies the action that triggered the changes. For example, when a new master agreement is created or a workflow batch is run, multiple log entries are generated with the same Request ID.
Warning: Postings are not recorded in the Audit Logs.
Note that it may take some time before changes are indexed and appear in the Audit Log.
