Mass Percentage Rent Management

The Mass Percentage Rent module allows you to perform percentage rent calculations on multiple contracts at one time. You can create a profile to filter the list of contracts to be used to calculate the percentage rent, then create a Mass Percentage Rent Report for all included contracts.

Note that percentage rent conditions must already be created in the contract before performing mass percentage rent.

From the report, you can also create percentage rent charges.
