Historical Payments

The historical payment import allows users to upload historical payments from migrated contracts. Note that Migration Mode must be enabled in Financial Organization Structure. For more information on Migration Mode, refer to the Financial Organization Structure Administrator Guide.

You can verify if payments are successfully mapped to GL transactions by using the ledger transactions module, or by generating a Consolidated Transaction Report in Nakisa General Ledger.

Warning: Re-uploading the same file could result in duplicate transactions. If the import is partially successful, remove the successful transactions from the Excel file before proceeding again with the import.

To import historical payments:

Download the historical payment template.
Fill out the downloaded Excel file with your information. Red fields are mandatory.
Upload the Excel file and begin the import process.
