Creating a Custom Dashboard

allows you to create your own custom dashboards. Custom dashboards appear under Dashboards > Custom in the application menu, and are also visible on the Dashboard Overview page.You can choose from the following dashboard types:

Dashboard: This type of dashboard allows you to create different types of charts pertaining to up to three datasets. For more information about charts, see Charts.
List: This type of dashboard lists all records for one dataset only.
Dashboard & List: This type of dashboard allows you to switch seamlessly between the dashboard view and the list view.
Pivot Table Dashboard: This type of dashboard allows you to choose from only two types of charts: pivot tables and pivot table rows. Pivot table dashboards only allow you to create one chart for the entire dashboard.

To create a dashboard:

Click Main Menu > Dashboards > Create Dashboard, or click Create from the Dashboard Overview page. The Create Dashboard window opens.
Enter a display Title for the dashboard.
Select the dashboard type you prefer.
Click Next.
Select the type(s) of data you would like to display. The panel on the right lists all the available fields associated with the selected dataset(s).
Click Create.
Click Cancel to exit the Create Dashboard page and return to the last displayed page.
