Search

Nakisa Workforce Planning Portfolio products give you several ways for you to view and consume your search data. When you begin to enter information into the search bar, the application displays the most common results based on the information you are entering. When you select a suggested result, you are brought directly to that position or employee Full Details Pages. You can also choose to view a result within the org chart by clicking the View in Org Chart View in Org chart Icon icon. If you do not want to select a suggested result, click the search icon to perform a broad search.

Search Categories

When performing a search you can refine your results to specific categories. To refine your search, click the categories icon and select once of the following search categories:

Org Units
Positions
Employees
All

When selecting all, the search results will display, however you will have the option to select on of the categories if you still want to refine your search.

Each search object has specific fields that can be searched for.

Org Unit: Name, City, Country, Cost Center Name, Cost Center ID
Position: City, Country, Position Name, Job Name, Job Family, Position Pool Name, Cost Center Name, Cost Center ID
Employee: Name, Skills, Education school, Education program, Certification name, Language, Cost Center Name, Cost Center ID, User ID, Nationality, Email, Phone, Cell, Position City, Position Country, Job Name, Job Family, Employee Pool Name

View Search Results

The full search results opens in the results page and lists all the results from you search. From this page you can click any result to open the full details of your selection. You can also view your selection in the Oorg chart by clicking the Org Chart View in org chart icon icon.
