Whats New

In addition to general editorial changes and corrections, this release of the documentation contains the following main changes in the release of Nakisa Org Chart and Nakisa Operational Org Design 2025.R3:

General

The Product Center features a redesigned and reorganized UI and UX to improve usability, including an enhanced landing page with new widgets for recent activity and favorites, as well as a dedicated Documents & Links page.

Nakisa Org Chart

Visually explore succession readiness across the organization: users can now identify successors for key positions directly within the org chart with the new Succession View, helping surface talent gaps and succession depth at a glance.
- Additionally, users can assign successors to critical roles directly within the org chart in the new Succession View.
- The admin settings "Enable Succession Visualization" and "Enable Succession Assignment" have been added under Global Settings to enable or disable this capability.
A new hierarchy search has been added to the filter panel of the Executive Summary, Employee Insight, and custom dashboards. When a node is selected, the dashboard automatically filters to show data for that node and all its children, making it easier to analyze specific parts of the organization.
- A new context menu option has also been added to the org chart, allowing you to open those standard dashboards filtered on the selected node and its children.
The Dashboard AI Agent (Beta) can now generate multiple charts at once, automatically building a custom dashboard from a user story or prompt and streamlining the entire dashboard creation process.
In the Advanced Export, users can now export org charts in PowerPoint format, supporting communication and presentation needs. This feature can be enabled in the General Settings in Admin.
Accessibility improvements have been made to meet WCAG standards, including added tooltips, alt text, enhanced keyboard navigation, and improved screen reader support.

Nakisa Operational Org Design

When exporting a proposal, the proposal ID is now included in the PDF file name, making files easier to track and organize.
