Using the Partner Portal

The Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite Partner Portal allows for smooth communication between landlord and tenant and provides landlords with a high-level overview of their contracts. Landlords can use the partner portal to view payments that are owed to them, as well as add any operating costs for their locations.

You also have access to the Nakisa AI Assistant. Click the Nakisa AI assistant to open the chat and ask any question about product features and how to use them. If required, you can move the Nakisa AI Assistant up or down, or to the other side of the screen.

This section identifies key areas of the interface:

The Main Menu allows you to access the Partner Portal.
The Partner Contracts page allows you to view a list of all your contracts.
The Table Options allow you to filter your contracts.
