Inspection Lists

You can use Nakisa AI Agents to quickly create and customize inspection lists in Nakisa Facility Management. This feature helps Facility Managers prepare for inspections by automatically generating recommended items and allowing modifications directly within the application. Note that AI generated content should be reviewed before use for accuracy and completeness.

To create an inspection list:

Navigate to the Inspection page and select the inspection you want to add items to.
Open the Inspections tab.
Click Nakisa AI. The Nakisa AI window opens and begins compiling an inspection items list for your inspection.
Review the generated list displayed in the window. For facility inspections, Nakisa AI also organizes items into inspection areas for easier management.
Click Apply Changes to add the suggested inspection items and areas to your inspection.

Once the inspection list is created, you can continue to modify it.

To modify an inspection list:

From the inspection list, click Nakisa AI.
Enter the modifications you want in the text box.
Click Generate to have Nakisa AI update the list based on your input.
When finished, click Apply Changes.
Click Confirm to save the new inspection plan.
