What's New

In addition to general editorial changes and corrections, this release of the documentation contains the following main changes included in the release of 2025.R3:

• Your in-app Nakisa AI Assistant is here - get instant answers about product features and how to use them, directly from any page in the application. Just click the chat icon to get started.
• You can now favorite various objects throughout the application. These favorites are then displayed in Nakisa Product Center for quick access.
• The following updates have been made for when the application is being used on a mobile device:
  • Users can now manage inspections.
  • Users can now manage assets.
• When assets are created, a unique barcode or QR code is also created. These can then be printed and added to assets to be scanned later for easy maintenance and management. This feature can be enabled in the Admin section.
• You can now track asset performance using manually entered sensor data. From the new Sensor Listing page, you can create and manage sensors linked to specific premises and assets. Triggers can be configured for each sensor to automatically send notifications, create inspections, or change an asset’s status (online/offline), depending on the selected trigger type.
• The new energy cost tracking feature allows you to track energy consumption and associated costs for your premises with ease.
• A new Worker Incidents listing page is now available, allowing you to create and manage worker incidents. Incidents can be logged directly from the listing page, or from a specific premises or work order. Each incident records who was involved and where it occurred. Facility managers are automatically notified when a new incident is reported.
• Additional request types have been added to better route and prioritize requests.
• Users can now set up a reoccurring scheduled job for the Audit Log export.
• The new Inspections AI agent can help you create and manage inspections for your facilities.
