Known Limitations in Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite

For short term or low value lease types, when users view the All Columns schedule, they are not able to export that view to Excel. As a work around, users can export the schedule via the Mass Export feature.

Currently, the Modification Date of a second indexation event cannot be on the same day as the Indexation Date of a previous indexation event. The user must select the day after the last Indexation Date, or revert the indexation event for each affected activation group.

If an Administrator configures an application-level Default Field Value that is locked (i.e., users cannot edit this field manually), users can still set the field to a different value in the Mass Import Excel template and successfully create the object with the different value.

To workaround this issue, review the configured Default Field Values for any locked application-level configuration, and align your Mass Import Excel with them.

In some configurations, Admin > Default Value Configs may not behave as expected:

• Default population: Certain fields configured with default values may fail to automatically populate with the assigned default value when creating or updating records.
• Role-based configuration: Personal-level default values may appear as available for configuration by roles that should not have access.

If users are experiencing issues with a default value configuration, the configuration should be disabled.

Form Management cannot be used to configure components that are not enabled by default in the forms (such as Profit Center when Cost Center Allocation is enabled). These components are those that require additional configuration in Financial Organization Structure.

When a user opens or copies a Mass Modification job that was run for master agreements, the Object List appears empty and the Profile is not displayed.
