Audit Logs
The Audit Logs record changes in application data (including previous and new values), the user who made the change, and when it was done. To view the audit logs, you can export them into an Excel file. Note that you can only export one month of audit logs at a time. The audit log only shows data that you have access to per your security profile.
The log primarily records data changes, and does not record actions or button clicks. Therefore, the log records data changes as a result of Excel imports and SAP syncs, however the mass job that triggered these changes is not logged. To view the list of jobs that have been run, navigate to the mass import page or the SAP Sync Bot.
The Request ID column of the log contains a unique ID that identifies the action that triggered the changes. For example, when a new Exchange Rate Type entry is created, multiple log entries are generated with the same Request ID.
