Launching the User Console

Changes made to the application using the Nakisa AdminConsole appear in the User Console after the administrator saves changes. As an administrator, you will need to provide information to your end users on how to access the application.

To access the User Console:

  1. Click the link on your company intranet, or enter the provided URL. The following is an example URL:
  2. https://<CompanyName>

  3. Depending on your authentication method, you are logged in either based on your SSO configuration, or by entering a Username and Password on the login page.
  4. To access the application in different languages, select a language from the drop-down list on the login page. If you are immediately directed into the application (and bypass the login page), contact Technical Support to set up a URL for each language. The possible options are English, French, and Spanish.
  5. Add the URL to the browser Favorites list (or bookmark it) for easy access later.
  6. Click Login.
  7. To access the application in different languages, you can change the languages from the My Preference in the main menu.
