HR Data Quality Overview

The Overview page displays the overall data quality indexes and trends, as well as error trends. The page is based on the Data Quality Dataset (i.e., employees' records with data quality information for all effective dates).

To access the Overview page:

  1. Click the Main Menu .
  2. Click HR Data QualityOverview.

Overall Data Quality Index

The following overall data quality indexes are displayed:

Overall Data Quality Index

Total score to reflect the quality of the data, where 0% represents the lowest data integrity and 100% represents the highest data integrity.

(PA Data Quality Index + OM Data Quality Index) / 2

PA Data Quality Index

Total score to reflect the quality of PA data, where 0% represents the lowest data integrity and 100% represents the highest data integrity.

Sum of applied PA Rules Score

Rule Score % = (Number of Errors for Rule / Total Number of PA Records) x Rule Weight

OM Data Quality Index

Total score to reflect the quality of OM data, where 0% represents the lowest data integrity and 100% represents the highest data integrity.

Sum of applied OM Rules Score

Rule Score % = (Number of Errors for Rule / Total Number of OM Records) x Rule Weight

Country with the Highest Data Quality in PA

Country with the Highest Data Quality in PA, where the Position Country is used for SSP structures, and Org Unit Country is used for OOSP structures.

Country with the Highest Data Quality in OM

Country with the Highest Data Quality in OM, where the Position Country is used for SSP structures, and Org Unit Country is used for OOSP structures.

Company with the Highest Data Quality in PA

Company with the Highest Data Quality in PA, where the Legal Entity is used for SSP structures, and Org Unit Company Code is used for OOSP structures.

Company with the Highest Data Quality in OM

Trend of Number of OM Error records by Severity over time, where the Legal Entity is used for SSP structures, and Org Unit Company Code is used for OOSP structures.
