Exporting Directory Records to Excel

Nakisa Advanced Analytics offers you the ability to export directory records directly to an Excel spreadsheet. This makes analyzing your HCM data quicker and easier.

To export your search results to Excel:

  1. Conduct your search or open a directory page.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to Export to Excel, and select one of the following options:
    • All Fields: Export all of the available columns. Note that you can see the full list of columns in the Table Fields drop-down.
    • Table Fields: Export the columns that are currently displayed in the Table View.
  3. Click Export to Excel and open the file once it is ready.

Note: For exporting to work successfully, you will need to turn off the pop-up blocker for the URL you use to access Nakisa Advanced Analytics.
