Delta Delete Qualifiers

Delta delete qualifiers are used as a filter to remove records from Nakisa HR Suite during a delta load. If the value in the AzureAD field matches the qualifier for a specific record, it is removed from Nakisa HR Suite.

To add a Delta Delete Qualifier:

  1. Click the qualifier icon and click +Add A Delta Delete Qualifier.
  2. Enter the resource, field name, condition and value for the Delta Delete Qualifier.
  3. Click Save.

To add a Processing Filter:

  1. Click the filter icon and click +Add A Filter.
  2. Enter the recourse, field name, condition and value.
  3. Click Save.

Transform a Mapping Field:

  1. Click the Transform icon next to the field.
  2. Click +Add a Transformation.
  3. Use the drop-down menus to select the source field and operation. Then enter the conditioning value and the new value.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a Transformation:

  1. Click the Transform icon next to the field.
  2. Click +Add a Transformation.
  3. Click the Delete icon next to the transformation

Delete a Resource Field:

  1. Select a resource and expand to display mapping details.
  2. Click the delete icon next to the field you want to delete.
  3. Click Confirm.

    You cannot delete the default fields generated when you create a new resource mapping, you can only delete the fields you create.

Note: You can delete an entire resource mapping by clicking Remove This Resource Mapping.
