Accessing the Application

Nakisa HR Suite is a Web-based application installed in the Cloud, and is accessed using the following Web browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Google Chrome

Note: JavaScript, cookies, and pop-up windows must be supported in the Web browser.

Note: Your user licenses will determine which of the menu items listed in this online help you will have access to.

The administrator URL also provides access to the Nakisa AdminConsole for remote application support.

To log in:

  1. Click the link on your company intranet, or enter the provided URL. The following is an example URL:
  2. https://<CompanyName>.nakisa-hanelly.com/hanelly/app/manager.html

  3. Depending on your authentication method, you are logged in either based on your SSO configuration, or by entering a Username and Password on the login page.
  4. Add the URL to the browser Favorites list (or bookmark it) for easy access later.

When you log in to the Nakisa AdminConsole, you'll see the main landing page with information relevant to the licenses your organization purchased.

To log out:

  1. Click the Main Menu .
  2. Click Logout.
