Nakisa HR Suite allows you to add notes directly on nodes in scenarios to communicate information to other users in the scenario about that node.

To add a note:

  1. Click the node where you want to add the note and select Set Note .
  2. Enter your note contents into the text field and format it as appropriate. You can add tables, horizontal lines, highlighting, and line formatting, if needed.
  3. Click Save. The Note icon appears in the upper right corner.

To read a note:

  1. Click on the node with the note on it to open its Details panel.
  2. Scroll to the Notes section of the Details panel.

To delete a note:

  1. Click the node menu and select Set Note.
  2. Click Delete.
