Changing Org Chart Perspectives

To help you visualize non-standard reporting relationships in your organization, Nakisa HR Suite now provides three different perspectives of your org chart out of the box:

  • Manager Perspective shows all relationships: dotted, double-dotted, and others. This will show both the actual, direct-reporting relationships and the non-standard relationships in the same org chart.

  • Legal Perspective shows only the actual direct reporting relationships. No non-standard relationships will appear.

  • Functional Perspective shows all non-standard relationships, but the direct-reporting relationships for objects with non-standard relationships will not appear.

To Change the Org Chart Perspective:

  1. Click the Action menu.
  2. Select Chart Perspectives.
  3. Select the org chart perspective you need.
