Lessee ERP Field Mapping
The ERP Field Mapping page allows you to edit the data sent to SAP in each type of posting document. For example, you can edit the header text, item text, or reference keys.
The page lists all existing mappings, including the ones that cannot be changed. If a field has been edited, then the Mapping Mode is "Custom". Otherwise, the Mapping Mode is "Default". You can also create new field mappings to send additional information in the documents.
Additionally, there is a scripting option that allows you to enter custom JavaScript to transform field values and created advanced field mappings to send in documents to SAP.
Note that if you would like to map product-specific fields, you must ensure these products are integrated in Module Management in Financial Organization Structure.

icon for details about how to use the scripting functionality, and examples. - To use field values in your script, use:
param['FIELD_NAME']- FIELD_NAME must be a field that you have selected in the GL Field drop-down, which appears as a blue chip above the code editor.
- You must use the field name exactly as it is written in the blue tag. The field name is case-sensitive.
Tip: Drag and drop the blue chip field name into the code editor to add it automatically with the correct format.
- The scripting option supports standard JavaScript operations:
Operation Syntax Example Arithmetic
+, -, *, /, %param['AMOUNT'] * 1.1Comparison
==, !=, >, <, >=, <=param['AMOUNT'] > 1000Logical
&&, ||, !param['ITEM_TEXT'] && param['VENDOR']Conditional
if/else, ternaryparam['AMOUNT'] > 1000 ? 'High' : 'Low'String
+, methodsparam['ITEM_TEXT'] + ' - ' + param['VENDOR']Note: The "^" symbol is a bitwise XOR operator, not an exponentiation operator.
