General Settings

The General Settings page is the configuration screen where administrators define global parameters for Nakisa SAP Posting Bot.

This page allows you to configure the start date for Duplicate & Consistency Check jobs and scheduled jobs. It includes the Duplicate Consistency Start Date setting, which specifies the date from which the system should begin evaluating SAP records (with TCODE = NAKISA) for duplicate and consistency checks. Only SAP records created on or after this start date are included in the analysis, improving result accuracy and system performance.

To configure settings for Nakisa SAP Posting Bot:

Click Main Menu > SAP Posting Bot > Settings > General Settings.
Click to add a new setting, or click to edit an existing one.
Select the System.
In Type, select "Duplicate Consistency Start Date".
Set the accompanying Value for the setting.
Click Submit.

Note: To delete an entry, select the row and click .
