Default Roles

The Nakisa General Ledger uses roles to determine which areas of the bot users have access to. User roles are assigned through SSO or the Nakisa Cloud Platform.

Users can be assigned more than one role. If you have multiple roles assigned, you will have the sum of the permissions of each role.

The Nakisa General Ledger has the following roles by default:

Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Approver: Nakisa Lease Accounting SuiteApprover users have access to the Transaction Listing but cannot see reports, and can view the SAP Posting Bot information. They can also approve (i.e., internally post) journal vouchers created in Nakisa General Ledger.
Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Treasury User: Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Treasury users have access to the Transaction Listing but cannot see reports, and can view the SAP Posting Bot information. They can also view journal vouchers created in Nakisa General Ledger.
Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Post Accruals and Depreciation: Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Accrual and Depreciation users have access to the Transaction Listing but cannot see reports, and can view the SAP Posting Bot information. They can also view journal vouchers created in Nakisa General Ledger.
Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Accountant: Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Accountants have access to the Transaction Listing but cannot see reports, and can view the SAP Posting Bot information. They can also create, delete, and archive journal vouchers created in Nakisa General Ledger.
Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Batch User: Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Batch users have full access to the Nakisa SAP Posting Bot, can view the Transaction Listing, but cannot access the reports. They can also view journal vouchers created in Nakisa General Ledger. Note that Batch User can perform mass internal postings in Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite as well as mass external postings in Nakisa SAP Posting Bot.
Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Mass Postings (External): Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Mass External Posting users have full access to the Nakisa SAP Posting Bot, can view the Transaction Listing, but cannot access the reports. They can also view journal vouchers created in Nakisa General Ledger. Note that Mass External Posting users can only perform mass external postings in Nakisa SAP Posting Bot.
Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Reporting User: Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Reporting users have full access to the Transaction Listing and reports, and can view the SAP Posting Bot information.
Nakisa Portfolio Management Lease Administrator: Nakisa Portfolio Management Lease Administrators have full access to the Nakisa SAP Posting Bot, but they cannot access the reports.
Nakisa Portfolio Management Batch Processor: Nakisa Portfolio Management Batch Processors have full access to the Nakisa SAP Posting Bot and can view the Transaction Listing, but cannot access the reports.
