Using the Interface

Key areas of the application:

1. The Application Menu allows users to quickly create master agreements, view landing pages, and view dashboards. Users can also access the Nakisa Product Center at the top of the main menu.
2. Users with an NDI role can access Nakisa Decision Intelligence for Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite. NDI is a next-generation agentic AI platform that lets you securely access decision-ready insights and simulate future outcomes instantly without relying on dashboards, analytics teams, or traditional BI tools.
3. The Quick Search bar allows you to search for any object.
4. The Language Menu allows you to change the application's language.
5. The Notification Center indicates if you have a pending notification.
6. The Action Center displays several tiles that allow you to see actionable statuses.
7. The User Preferences allows you to view user information, manage user preferences, and log out of Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite.
8. All objects opened from the landing pages appear in a new tab, and remain open for easy navigation.
9. The Landing Pages tab allows users to navigate between the different landing pages.
10. Use the landing page toolbar to perform mass actions, create new objects, and change or filter the data displayed.
11. Click the Nakisa AI Assistant to open the chat and ask any question about product features and how to use them. If required, you can resize the chat box or move it to any location on your screen.
