Batch Management Profiles
Users can create profiles to specify which objects the batch should be run on. Profiles allow you to reuse a set of filters across multiple batch jobs. Profiles can be created based on a set of filters, or by entering specific object IDs.
You must have at least one profile defined to run a batch job.
Note that you can only create profiles or use profiles created by others for objects that you have access to, based on user profiles configured in Financial Organization Structure. Only one profile can exist for the same set of criteria.
Batch Management profiles are managed in the Nakisa User Auxiliary. The Batch Job Profiles page lists all of the profiles that you have access to.
Note: You cannot modify or delete an existing profile that is used in a scheduled job.
To create a profile:
- Click Main Menu
> Batch Management > Profiles. The User Auxiliary opens. - Click
to open the Add Profile window.
- Enter a Profile Name.
- In Principal Position Type, select if the profile is for "Lessee" or "Lessor" leases.
- In ERP System Filter, select "All" or "List". If "All" is selected, all objects within that filter will be selected for the profile. If "List" is selected, select one or more ERP Systems.
- In the Hierarchy section, apply the required filters. For each filter, you can select either "All" or "List". If "All" is selected, all objects within that filter will be selected for the profile. If "List" is selected, you must select objects from the associated list. "All" is selected by default.
- Click Submit.
To manage profiles:
- Click
to filter the profiles. - Click
to refresh the profiles. - Click
to edit a profile. Note that if the profile is used in a scheduled job, it cannot be edited. - Click
