Percentage Rent Reports

You can create and run mass percentage rent reports from the Percentage Rent Reports page. Percentage Rent Reports allow you to calculate percentage rent for multiple contracts at one time.

Each top-level row in the report represents a particular percentage rent rule. You can expand the row to view all the periods that were calculated for that rule by clicking .

Note that the Percentage Rent Report is generated in sales currency.

To create and generate a Percentage Rent Report:

Click Main Menu > Mass Operations > Percentage Rent Reports.
Click .
Enter a Name for the report.
Set the date range for the report with the Start Date and End Date fields.
Select one or more Percentage Rent Profiles.
Add any additional notes, and click Save.
The Basic Information page lists the information set when creating the report, as well as the contracts that the report will be run on. The fields on this page can be modified until the report is generated.
On the Basic Information page, click Generate.

Once the report is generated, you can view your calculated percentage rent per contract, as well as create percentage rent charges. Once a charge is created, the report regenerates automatically to reflect the new balance.

To manage a Percentage Rent Report:

Click to regenerate the report.
From a row in the report, click > Percentage Rent Charge to create a percentage rent charge for a singular payment.
Click to create charges for each top-level row in the report at once. Note that the selected Due Date applies to all created charges.
Click to export the percentage rent report. The exported report can be downloaded from the Mass Export page in Data Management.
