Milestone and Task Views

Milestones and tasks are displayed in table view by default. If required, these objects can also be displayed in a Gantt chart view to represent the project plan over a span of time. Note that in order to open a milestone or task you must be in table view.

When in Gantt chart view, milestones are displayed as a blue bar and any related tasks displayed underneath in orange. You can drag the milestones or tasks across the chart, which shifts the start and end dates of the objects.

To manage milestone and task views:

1. Click Site Selection > Project in the application menu and open the required project.
2. Click the Milestones/Tasks tab.
3. To view the tab in Gant chart view, click Gant Chart View .
   • Click Today , Week , or Month to change the displayed timeline of the Gant chart calendar.
4. To view the tab in table view, click Table View .
