What's New

In addition to general editorial changes and corrections, this release of the documentation contains the following main changes included in the release of 2026.R1:

• Nakisa Decision Intelligence (NDI) is a next-generation agentic AI platform that lets you securely access decision-ready insights and simulate future outcomes instantly without relying on dashboards, analytics teams, or traditional BI tools. Fully integrated into Nakisa products, Nakisa Decision Intelligence is available to users with the appropriate roles and permissions.
• The new Tab and Fields Management page allows users to hide tabs and fields that are not being used, allowing for a cleaner and more efficient user experience.
• User defined fields (UDFs) have been enhanced in the following ways:
  • You can now create user defined fields for sites.
  • User defined fields can now be imported and exported using the mass import/export feature.
• A new Request action is available in the Project Budget Details page, enabling Project Managers to submit additional budget requests. Users can review existing budgets, specify a requested amount, and include comments, with requests sent for approval and confirmation messages displayed upon submission.
• Integration with Nakisa Facilities Management has been enhanced. You can now link tasks to work orders, and the work order cost is sent to the task in Nakisa Capital Projects once the work order is complete.
