| Reference Number | Description |
|---|---|
|
OC-1142 |
In scenarios where an employee holds multiple positions and a reporting structure creates a self-referencing loop (for example, the employee effectively reports to themselves through a secondary role), certain relationships may not appear in dashboards as they are designed to prevent duplicate counts and circular reporting chains. |
|
OC-1649 |
If a customer has multiple environments set up for them by Nakisa and the configuration is significantly different between these environments (such as different hierarchies set up), if a user navigates directly from one environment to another without logging out, certain configuration or settings my persist (such as an org chart view appearing in the second environment where it does not actually exist). To resolve this issue, log out and log back in. |
|
OC-1681 |
When users with the Manager role (nhs_manager) click on the "AOR" option in the Directories, the application displays an error message. To resolve this issue, click the "AOR" option again to remove the filter. |
|
OC-1685 |
When users with the Employee role (nhs_employee) attempt to open the secondary org chart, they are logged out of the application automatically. |
