Proposal Management

Administrators can reassign proposals to a new owner when responsibilities change, a team member moves to a different role, or someone leaves the organization. Reassigning ownership ensures that proposals in progress continue to be reviewed, completed, or accessed without disruption.

To reassign a proposal:

  1. From the Main Menu, click Admin > Proposal Management. The Proposal Management page displays a list of all proposals created in the system.
  2. Use the Search proposals bar at the top to locate the proposal by name, owner’s name, or proposal ID. You can also use filters to narrow the list by owner status or proposal state.
  3. When you find the proposal you want to update, click the Actions icon beside it.
  4. In the Transfer Proposal Ownership pop-up, search for the new user to assign as the proposal owner under Select New Owner.
  5. Enter the Transfer Reason to keep a clear record of why the change was made.
  6. Click Transfer Ownership to finalize the update.

The new owner’s name immediately appears in the Proposal Management list.

After the transfer:

  • Notifications are automatically sent to both the previous and new owners, confirming the change.
  • The reassignment details can be reviewed directly in the Proposal Panel menu for tracking purposes.

This process ensures continuity of proposal management and maintains accurate ownership records.
