Position Count

	Position Reporting Structure	Org Unit Reporting Structure
Represents	Total number of defined positions under the selected position.	The total number of positions assigned to the org unit and its sub‑units.
Included	Filled and vacant positions.	Filled and vacant positions.

Example (Position Reporting Structure)

CEO organisation includes 100,035 positions in total.

Example (Org Unit Reporting Structure) -

Position Count = 1,831

This includes all filled and vacant positions assigned directly to the org unit and its child org units.

Occupied

	Position Reporting Structure	Org Unit Reporting Structure
Represents	The number of positions under the selected position that are currently filled by an employee.	The number of positions under the selected org unit that are currently filled by an employee.

Represents	The number of positions under the selected position that are currently vacant (unfilled) by an employee.	The number of positions under the selected org unit that are currently vacant (unfilled) by an employee.

Position FTE

	Position Reporting Structure	Org Unit Reporting Structure
Represents	Total planned capacity of all positions under the position, regardless of occupancy.	The total planned workforce capacity of all positions in the org unit and child org units.
Included	Full‑time and part‑time position definitions and vacant positions (based on their defined FTE)	Full-time and part-time positions assigned to the org unit and all child org units, including vacant positions based on their defined FTE.

Combination of full‑time and part‑time roles = 97,612.8 FTE

Example (OU Reporting Structure)

Position FTE = 1,270.2

Direct Position Count

	Org Unit Reporting Structure
Represents	The number of positions directly assigned to this org unit (not including child org units).

Example

ABC Company directly owns 1 position (CEO role)

Direct Position Count = 1

Managed Position Count

	Position Reporting Structure
Represents	The number of positions that report directly to the selected position.

Example

CTO directly manages 10 positions → Managed Position Count = 10
