Dashboards

Nakisa Org Chart dashboards provide quick visual access to specific aspects of your portfolio. Dashboards can be accessed from the application menu under Dashboards. Users can also create custom dashboards and can determine which charts appear on their custom dashboards. For more information on how to create a dashboard, see Create a Custom Dashboard.

The following dashboards are available by default:

Employee Insight Dashboard
Executive Summary Dashboard
Five C Dashboards: These dashboards represent a strategic framework for workforce planning, encompassing five key dimensions: Capacity, Capability, Cost, Configuration, and Composition. Organized as tabs, each dashboard focuses on a specific dimension and dividing metrics by supply pools and position pools to provide targeted insights across different workforce segments. Users can currently access and analyze metrics in the Capacity, Capability, and Cost dashboards, with Configuration and Composition dashboards coming soon.
