Facility Energy Costs

In Nakisa Facility Management, you can track and manage energy costs for your premises. This includes entering energy cost details, attaching supporting documentation, adding comments, and reviewing how the costs impact your facility budget.

To enter an energy cost:

From the main menu, select My Premises, and select the required premises.
Select the Energy Costs tab.
Click Create Energy Cost.
Enter the following information:
- Energy Type
- Date of Reading
- Associated Cost
Click Save. The energy cost is now recorded.

Once the energy cost is created, you can attach any additional documents or add comments. You can also view the impact of the energy cost on the facility budget by clicking Budget.
