Delta Dashboard

Use the Delta Dashboard to compare key organizational metrics before and after changes in your scenario. The Delta Dashboard helps you evaluate structural and financial impacts, validate decisions, and align your design with business goals.

The Delta Dashboard allows you to visualize and validate the full effect of your reorganization with the following charts:

Country Distribution
- Headcount distribution before and after changes
- Total cost before and after changes
Region Distribution
- Headcount distribution before and after changes
- Total cost before and after changes
City Distribution
- Headcount distribution before and after changes
- Total cost before and after changes
Business Unit Distribution
- Headcount distribution before and after changes
- Total cost before and after changes
Employee Class Distribution
- Headcount distribution before and after changes
- Total cost before and after changes
Pay Grade Distribution
- Headcount distribution before and after changes
- Total cost before and after changes

To access the Delta Dashboard:

From your scenario, navigate to the Dashboard tab. All of the available dashboards are listed under My Dashboards.
If you do not see any dashboards, the list may be collapsed. Click My Dashboards to expand the list.
Click Delta Dashboard.
