Default Roles

The following roles have access to Capital Investment Budget by default:

Nakisa_User: The User role has access to view and edit submissions, transition workflow, expenses, and reports.
Nakisa_Company: The Company role has access to view submissions, transition workflow, expenses, and reports.
Nakisa_HQ: The HQ role has access to view submissions, transition workflow, expenses, and reports.
Nakisa_Finance: The Finance role has access to view submissions, as well as access to reports.
Nakisa_Admin: The Admin role has full access to the Administration section. This role does not have access to the front-end of the application.
Nakisa_Global_Admin: The Global Admin role has full access to both the Administration section, as well as the front-end of the application.
Nakisa_Custom1 to Nakisa_Custom9: These nine custom roles have access to view submissions, transition workflow, expenses, and reports.
Nakisa_Power: The Power User role is an Nakisa Lease Administration role that has access to both the Administration section and the front-end of the application.

Users can only view submissions to which they have access, which is limited by the companies assigned to each user in the Administration section. For any changes to the assigned access, contact your system administrator.
