Archive Submissions

Submissions can be archived after they are approved. Once a submission is archived, the submission workflow and fields cannot be updated, nor can you perform budget modifications.

Users are also blocked from registering any expenses under archived budget submissions. Therefore, you must ensure the leases in Nakisa Lease Administration are assigned an active budget, otherwise users are blocked from performing certain lease operations. Note that after a submission is archived, you can attach another submission under the Nakisa Lease Administration master agreement with the same company, year, and investment type.

Archived submissions are indicated by a gray header on the Submission Detail page.

To archive a submission:

Open the required submission.
Click Context Menu at the top of the page.
Click Archive.
To reactivate the submission, click Unarchive.
